Tripbound Terms and Conditions
Guests will be supplied a final confirmation (also known as a guest certificate) prior to travel which may be requested at the time of check in.
Please understand your right to decline any offer or invitation to attend a timeshare presentation. You are never required to attend a presentation as part of your stay with us! Please use caution when being approached or offered discounted tickets or other offers in exchange for attendance at a timeshare presentation. We are not responsible for charges which may occur as a result of no shows to such presentations when agreed to at your sole discretion.
The guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age. Photo identification is required at check in along with major credit card.
Check out time is levied by the resort and must be strictly adhered to. Please contact the resort directly for instructions if you anticipate a late arrival.
Occupant(s) understands that each unit will be inspected before and after the reservation. Occupant(s) is responsible for any damages and charges incurred by occupant or occupant's party.
Pets are not permitted. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in fines and termination of the reservation without possibility of a refund.
Resort Amenities may change from time to time and are governed by each Resort. A copy of the resort policies relating to amenities may be acquired upon check in at the resort.
Resort images, (floor plans, interior furnishings, etc) are representative per resort and may vary among individual units.
Fees may be assessed by resorts for security deposit, amenities and/or incidentals. These fees are determined and levied by the resort and are the sole responsibility of the occupant.
Resort assigns the unit. Unit views, floor, and location on resort property cannot be guaranteed although we are pleased to make requests on your behalf.
Traveler(s) named on the confirmation must be present at the time of check in. Name changes after reservation is confirmed will incur a $99.00 charge. For this reason it is the guest's responsibility to communicate the correct name of the guest checking in prior to making the reservation.
Traveler(s) may not exceed maximum occupancy standards indicated on the confirmation. Failure to comply with these standards may result in termination of the reservation without possibility of a refund.
Seller is not responsible for inclement weather, power outages or acts of GOD which may inconvenience travelers. In the event of a natural disaster or any other reason beyond our control, we will attempt to arrange alternate accommodations, but disclaims any liability or obligations.
Seller reserves the right to reassign travelers to substitute and comparable accommodations in extreme and unforeseen circumstances.
Seller is not liable for injury, loss or damages to persons or property while traveling.
If check in assistance is required after office hours please contact 888-816-5214. Seller will not be responsible for any expenses incurred should you fail to contact Seller for assistance.
Pricing listed on site is as accurate as possible, however, final pricing is determined by a Tripbound Travel Coordinator.
Only one Tripbound promotional code is valid per travel reservation. Last Minute travel may not qualify for additional discounts.
Tripbound Super Travelers:
In order to qualify for Tripbound's Super Traveler perks, guest must have completed three or more stays at one or more of our fabulous resorts. These stays must have been completed on multiple travel dates.
Travel perks are only for trips guests have yet to book - they are not retroactive.
Super Travelers will need to call in and speak to a Tripbound Travel Coordinator to access their super perks, so don't forget! Call 1-888-816-5214 during business hours.
In order to grab your Tripbound gift card guests will need to share the name of and travel dates of referred friends – after they've booked. Once confirmed, that highly coveted Tripbound cash will be emailed to them.
Each user acknowledges and agrees that, regardless of such user's physical location, we may store and process any data transmitted to the Site from such user at locations both within and outside of the United States.
Customers who provide their mobile phone number during booking may receive a one time text message from Tripbound.
If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if potential winner cannot be reached within (5) calendar days from the first notification attempt, if potential winner is not available for reserved resort stay dates, or if potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such a person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected for the prizes at issue. The winner's entry and acceptance of the prize offered, constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use such winner's name and address in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. Names of companies other than Sponsor are used for purposes of prize description only, and such use is not intended to suggest or imply such companies' sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of Tripbound, or this Sweepstakes. Prizes are not transferable, non-transferable, non-negotiable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, or merchandise. Prize substitutions will not be allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to Prize unavailability for any reason, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
Giveaway Terms and Conditions:
Tripbound, partnering destinations and partners are not responsible for errors in printing or electronic presentation of the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Winners and travel companions, by acceptance of the prize, agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Tripbound, participating destinations and other participating partners in the promotion, and each of their employees, representatives, contractors, sponsors and advertisers, form any and all liability, loss, damage, costs or claims related to any allegation regarding the award of, the receipt of, or the use of their prize, and are not responsible for personal injury of any prize winners or travel companion incurred in connection with the use of the prize. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor's servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes mechanics and/or implementation will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Sponsor, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, violates these Official Rules. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
