At this time, we are making an exception to our standard cancellation policy for those guests who did not purchase our insurance option. For those checking in within 15 days or less we will issue a 100% credit for future travel with Tripbound. For those checking in within 30 - 16 days a refund of 50% plus a future travel credit equal to 50% will be issued. For all guests with check-ins outside of 30 days, guests may cancel for 100% refund OR reschedule travel dates (by 3/30) for a 20% discount.
